Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
At Wholistic Planet we insist upon your complete satisfaction with your product purchases. If an item fails to meet your expectations, ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase via insured mail or UPS. We will gladly refund the cost of the item. Please fill out the return information on the packing slip and include it in your package. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or new item, please send it to us as requested above and we will pay the freight back to you on the exchange. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Bedding: Full refunds can only be offered if product is returned in the original packaging and has not been laundered, worn or soiled as Federal laws do not allow the resale of used bedding. We thank you for your understanding.
