Our Shipping Policy
Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping to all addresses within the United States. We do not ship to International locations. In stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours (not including weekends/holidays). Some items are shipped direct from the producer and may take slightly longer. Domestic shipping via UPS and handling charges are calculated by weight and size. Total shipping charges for your order will be displayed for your review and approval before completing the check out process. PLEASE NOTE: UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. We must have a street address for your shipping address.
Direct Shipping
Some items are direct shipped to you from the manufacturer. Direct shipping may require additional delivery time and express delivery is not available on direct ship items. Direct shipped items are charged to your credit card when the item is shipped.
Inventory Status
At Wholistic Planet we strive to ship every product immediately. However, our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is “out of stock” it will be identified as “on back-order” at the time of check out. At that time you have the option to remove it from your order. If you decide to include this item in your order, your credit card will be charged for the item as soon as it becomes available and is shipped. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
